Protein bars after 3 months: I would NEVER have thought that!

Each of them can be considered "perfect," in some ways, or "bad," in others. Each is made from real food ingredients, with the added benefit of being 100% vegan. In this review, I will focus on the protein bars that have the "best" of all vegan protein bars.

This review will be based on the reviews I have read for each type of vegan protein bar. How to Choose a Vegan Protein Bar There are many reasons to consider choosing vegan protein bars. First, vegan food is healthier. While I know this might sound like an obvious statement, many of the vegan protein bars I've seen have a lot of unhealthy fats and sugars added to the bars. This is a recipe for disaster. It is no longer healthy to put added sugars into your food, especially in a vegan form. I also want to make a point that the types of vegan protein bars I recommend for vegans are a bit different than what I am going to describe below. For example, while I would recommend one to three bars per week, it is possible to add fruit to a protein bar in a way that does not make it an unhealthy choice.
